Týr Book North American Headline Tour – New Album Coming

Faroe Islands folk metallers, Týr, have just announced their return to North America next Spring. The Battle Ballads tour, named after their upcoming full-length, is their first since 2019. It begins March 28th in Baltimore, Maryland, closing April 26th in Greensboro, North Carolina. Support will be provided by Trollfest, Æther Realm, and The Dread Crew Of Oddwood. More info on Týr’s Battle Ballads album, set for release in the Spring of 2024, will be unveiled in the new year. Find the cover art and tour details below.

Sleater-Kinney Share Single and Video for “Hell” – Announce New Album

Sleater-Kinney has announced their eleventh studio album, Little Rope, with the music video for lead single “Hell”, directed by Ashley Connor and starring Miranda July. Recorded at Flora Recording and Playback in Oregon, with Grammy-winning producer John Congleton, the album is due out January 19, 2024 via Loma Vista Recordings. Check out the video below.
