Of all the websites in the world, financial magazine and website Forbes has released a list of the top 38 metal bands of all-time. The list actually has no real surprises. All the top most popular bands of all-time are present, topped by Metallica, with virtually no other surprises in terms of major underground bands. In picking their list Forbes wrote that it’s “impossible to include all metal sub-genres in this type of list, the sub-genres that are most prominent and influential across metal today were considered with priority.” They added that all 38 bands were chosen due to having “the most significant impact in the metal genre, and a number of these bands are among the genre’s most famous and revered bands.”

Dave Mustaine Says The New Megadeth Album is Now Due Out This Summer


 

In a new interview with Forbes discussing the “The Metal Tour of the Year”Dave Mustaine says that Megadeth’s new album due in 2022, The Sick, The Dying And The Dead, will be released this summer and that the band will soon announce another major tour. “The Metal Tour Of The Year’ will kick off on April 9 in Las Vegas, Nevada and run through May 15 in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

Metallica, Bon Jovi, Rolling Stones, Phil Collins, and KISS have been named to Forbes magazine’s annual list of the world’s highest-paid celebrities. Richard Fortus Says Guns N Roses Hopes to Have New Music Out in 2020


In a new interview with Forbes, Guns N Roses guitarist Richard Fortus says the band hopes to release new music in 2020. As the band continues the “Not In This Lifetime” tour they continue to pull from GNR’s entire catalog, “We love bringing new songs in. We always rehearse stuff up.
