Grammy-nominated Connecticut hardcore icons Hatebreed have signed to BLKIIBLK Records for their upcoming album, the follow-up to 2020’s Weight of the False Self, produced once again by longtime collaborator Zeuss. The record drops this fall, and the band hits the road for the Summer Slaughter Tour starting July 2nd.

So, here we are then. Forty-three years, seventeen studio albums and countless supporting musicians later, and the end is finally nigh for Megadeth. Yes, the band will remain on active duty for an extensive farewell tour, but for now, or until frontman Dave Mustaine changes his mind (an unlikely scenario), then this is indeed it. Recording-wise at least.
