ALBUM REVIEW: Nunslaughter – Satanic Chaos Legions


 

How seriously do you take your Satanism? If the answer is not at all, but I think it’s cool and rebellious, then Nunslaughter’s Satanic Chaos Legions (BLK II BLK) will be the kind of dumb fun you are looking for. Their frontman Don of the Dead claims that they view Satan as just a philosophical symbol of rebellion, that being actually theistic Satanists, giving them more of a Laveyean stance if they are even into that much. They do branch out enough to delve into the Lucifer mythos on “Lucifer the Light,” which is a pretty effective song, when it comes to their brand of Blackened Death Thrash.

Megadeth’s New Album Claims the Number One US Chart Position

Metal titans, Megadeth’s self-titled, final studio album (BLKIIBLK/Tradecraft records) has hit #1 on the US Billboard 200, in one week since its release. The band also claimed the top spot in Australia and Austria. Other top five spots include #2 in Finland (+ #1 physical), Sweden (+ #1 physical), and Belgium, #3 in both the U.K. and Germany, #4 in the Netherlands, and #5 in both Italy and New Zealand. Megadeth Shares a New Single “Puppet Parade” – Final Album Due Out This Week


 

Megadeth has released a new single and music video for the track “Puppet Parade!” You can stream the track below. Their upcoming self-titled final album is due out this week, via Dave Mustaine’s Tradecraft imprint in partnership with Frontiers Label Group’s new BLKIIBLK label. In addition to the new Zoetrope vinyl, the album will get a special limited edition vinyl version for Target Stores. The special release will be the only place to hear the bonus track “Bloodlust” and will feature a blood-red vinyl. Megadeth will release on January 23rd, 2026, and will also close with a cover of Metallica’s “Ride The Lightning.” Check it out!
