Rock icons, Shinedown, have officially reached #1 on the Mediabase Active Rock chart, with their latest single, “Safe And Sound.” This is the band’s 25th #1 at the format, extending their record for the most #1 songs in Mediabase Active Rock chart history. Megadeth’s New Album Claims the Number One US Chart Position

Metal titans, Megadeth’s self-titled, final studio album (BLKIIBLK/Tradecraft records) has hit #1 on the US Billboard 200, in one week since its release. The band also claimed the top spot in Australia and Austria. Other top five spots include #2 in Finland (+ #1 physical), Sweden (+ #1 physical), and Belgium, #3 in both the U.K. and Germany, #4 in the Netherlands, and #5 in both Italy and New Zealand.
