There’s an element of mystery surrounding Australian duo Grave Upheaval, enhanced by the sparing title of this sophomore album (the second time they’ve left an album untitled, but let’s go with II, (Nuclear War Now!) and its similarly named tracks. It’s reinforced by a guttural, terrifying sound evident right from opener ‘I’: a Funeral crawl through a barren, infested wasteland, with a harsh ambiance and dry, feral growls leading into a pacy, Death-infused barrage. Tool Kicks Off Headline Tour At Northern Invasion, Hosts First Ever Fan Clinic

Tool closed out the weekend in Somerset, Wisconsin last night as the final headliner of Northern Invasion Festival.  It was the first night of their current headline tour, including a stop at next weekend’s Rock On The Range Festival. They played am eleven songs, including the rarely performed live hit song ‘Sober’. The band also hosted their first-ever Music Clinic Friday nght, 5/11 in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Rob Zombie To Release New Album In 2019

Rob Zombie has announced that his next album is coming out early in 2019 from his long-time label Universal. The band has completed recording the follow-up to his last album, 2016’s The Electric Warlock Acid Witch Satanic Orgy Celebration Dispenser. Zombie and his band will hit the road this summer on a co-headline tour with Marilyn Manson.
