Three huge names in rock the last thirty years will team up for a new tour, the summertime Revolution 3 Tour. The bill features tri-headlining bands Bush, Stone Temple Pilots, and The Cult will each perform a full set with revolving set times between all three bands every night. Modern rock band Walking Papers has been selected as the direct support for the upcoming US headline tour from Alice In Chains. The band famously features Duff McKagan (Guns n Roses) and Barrett Martin (Screaming Trees, Mad Season) but due to prior commitments, neither member can join the tour. Frontman Jeff Angell and keyboardist Benjamin Anderson will instead be joined by guitarist Nate Faley, bassist Dan Spalding, drummer Will Andrews and saxophonist Gregor Lothian for all dates, listed below. Candiria recently headlined Black Light Media’s label showcase in New York City and celebrated the 20th Anniversary of Beyond Reasonable Doubt, their seminal 1990s New York Hardcore classic. The band has now announced a tour honoring that record, which their label Metal Blade will release a collectors edition of the album on vinyl and cd. Direct support n the tour will come from Cleric, and the band will make an appearance at New England Hardcore and Metal Festival. All tour dates on sale now.
