Ghost Cult was thrilled to catch up with one of our favorite bands in the scene right now, Stone Broken at last fall’s Rock Allegiance Festival in Camden, New Jersey. Speaking with Rich Moss and Robyn Haycock, the band discussed touring America in support of their recent album ‘Ain’t Always Easy’, out now via Spinefarm Records. They shared their feelings on opening a festival date, about getting support form headliner Fozzy, writing “stumpy riffs”, their favorite walkout music from WWE, future Stone Broken tour plans, and much more! Architects “Doomsday” Chosen As One of The Themes Of WWE NXT UK Event

Architects, enjoying a banner year with their new album Holy Hell (Epitaph), have been chosen as one of the themes of next months WWE NXT UK Event. ‘Doomsday’ will be one of the two themes with the other being The Prodigy featuring Ho99o9, ‘Fight Fire With Fire’. Brand New Sin Announces Hometown Reunion Show For 2019

In a move some thought might never happen, Brand New Sin is reuniting for a career-spanning concert in their hometown of Syracuse, NY. All original members of BNS will participate, which will be the first time they will have appeared together in over a decade. The southern rock and metal inspired band (think Black Label Society meets COC with a piano) had some minor hits, recorded WWE entrance themes and put out five records from 2002 – 2011 for labels like Now Or Never, Century Media, and Goomba Music. This band was incredible for their time, and here’s hoping they do a tour or at least several more dates eventually. Continue reading →

Stone Sour – Hydrograd

It’s not often that a side project from an acclaimed band can stand on par with said original group. After all, a lot of sidebands become the vacation parent to fans; as a stop-gap measure for artists to toss eager followers a bone in between releases. However, that is not true of Stone Sour, launched in the shadows of Slipknot, and for over fifteen years has slowly ascended to the hard rock pantheon on their own merits.
