In an email missive to fans and cruisers going on next month’s Megacruise, Megadeth’s Dave Mustaine gave an update on his ongoing battle against cancer. Dave says he is almost done with his regiment of treatments and is looking forward to the cruise and doctors are feeling positive about his recovery.
