Singer Erlend Hjelvik Quits Kvelertak, No Replacement Announced Yet
In a statement on the bands’ Facebook account, singer Erlend Hjelvik has announced his departure from Norwegian band Kvelertak. The band recently opened for Metallica on their European tour and the bands have several gigs lined up for late summer. As of yet, the band has made no announcement about a replacement or future plans. See Hjelvik’s statement below. The ethereal clip was produced by Norwegian production company Bacon and directed by Jakob Marky. The video was filmed in Fårö, a Baltic Sea island off the south-eastern coast of Sweden.
