70000TONS OF METAL,”The World’s Biggest Heavy Metal Cruise” has booked their first three bands on board for 2023. Nightwish, Insomnium, and Rotting Christ are the first of what will be many announcements for the cruise. They previously revealed their eleventh sailing will be hosted on board The Freedom of the Seas from Miami, Florida to Bimini, The Bahamas from January 30th to February 3rd, 2023. The floating metal festival and vacation experience on the high-seas will soon announce the first bands, ticket on-sale dates, and more.

70000 Tons of Metal Cruise, the “heaviest metal cruise in the world” has released a video touting their return to the open seas in 2023. They could not sail in 2020 and 2021 due to the ongoing pandemic. “The World’s Biggest Heavy Metal Cruise” the 70000 Tons of Metal Cruise has announced the first 10 bands for their 2016 cruise. So far the bands slated to perform are At The Gates, Delain, Dragonforce, Firewind, Fleshgod Apocalypse, Iced Earth, Lacuna Coil, Moonspell, and Turisas. The cruise takes place from February 4^th to 8^th 2016, and departs from Miami/Ft. Lauderdale Florida setting a course for an as yet to be named destination, before returning again.
