In 2024, cult metal band, Will Haven are celebrating thirty years as a band. As part of this landmark, they have released a brand new single, titled “Kire.” The track is also the closing number of the upcoming, vinyl-exclusive, retrospective LP, No Stars To Guide Me: 30 Years Of WHVN. Karnivool Book European and UK Tour Dates and Festival Appearances



Australian prog metallers, Karnivool have announced their return to the UK and Europe, as part of their Tri Continental Drift tour. Coming off the back of a headline run in their home country, these dates will comprise of headline and festival appearances, kicking off June 13th at Greenfield Festival, Switzerland. Slipknot Books European Tour Dates and Festivals for 2023


 

Slipknot has booked a European tour of headline dates and festivals.  announced a number of European shows in late spring. The band continues to support their new album The End So Far, which just released via Roadrunner Records. In addition to select arena shows, the band will perform at Austria’s Nova Rock, Denmark’s Copenhell and Belgium’s Graspop Metal Meeting.

Copenhell has announced its first bands for 2022 next summer and it looks like a banger. Metallica will make their debut appearance ever at the fest performing on the new fourth day, June 15th, 2022, as announced on social media by Lars Ulrich, who is from Denmark. Metallica will offer a pre-sale for tickets through their Fifth Members Fan Club.  Joining the band will be Iron Maiden, Kiss, Judas Priest, Korn, D-A-D, Mercyful Fate, Emperor, Bad Religion, Opeth, The Hellacopters, Bersærk, Jinjer, Gloryhammer, Death To All, Of Mice & Men, Artillery, Dog Eat Dog, Siamese, Destruction, Orm, Redwood Hill, Ghost Iris, Withering Surface, Xenoblight, Hällas, Lok, Gatecreeper, Knocked Loose, Svartsot, Soren Andersen, Eyes, Denial Of God, Wayward Dawn, Lifesick, Nyredolk and more to be announced. The fest runs from June 15th – 19th 2022.

Metallica Announces First Seven European Tour Dates for 2022


Metallica has announced the first dates of their expected massive 2022 tour schedule, The band announced exclusive appearances at major European metal festivals such as Copenhell, Pinkpop, Firenze Rocks, Prague Rocks, Rock Werchter, Mad Cool, and NOS Alive. More shows will be announced and the bands’ Fifth Member Fan Club will get a chance at tickets first on their website, at the link below.

Mercyful Fate To Reunite in 2020 for Copenhell, New Music Incoming


In major news for Heavy Metal fans, legends Mercyful Fate, featuring King Diamond will reunite their “9” lineup in 2020 to perform at the Copenhell Festival, presumably other major European summer metal festivals and unspecified other concerts. These shows will also feature Joey Vera (Armored Saint, Motor Sister, ex-Anthrax) on bass, but does not include Michael Denner. The set list will apparently include only songs from the  “mini LP”, the “Melissa” album, and the “Don’t Break The Oath”.  The band has also written new music for the tour, for release next year and are planning a major stage show to accompany these concerts.
