Black Sabbath to Release Super Deluxe Remastered Edition of “Sabotage” Album


As Black Sabbath continues to celebrate their 50th Anniversary celebrations, they have announced a new release in their super deluxe series with Sabotage! Arriving in 4-CD And 4-LP + 7-Inch versions are coming soon, via BMG on June 11th, 2021.  The vinyl will be 180-gram plus a bonus 7-inch with the single edit for “Am I Going Insane (Radio)” and “Hole In The Sky” on the back, with artwork replicating the very rare Japanese release of the single. The set will also include a complete live show recorded during their 1975 tour. Both the 4-CD and 4-LP versions are available for pre-order now at the link below. Evanescence Shares New Single “Better Without You”


Evanescence has released their new single,  “Better Without You” from their forthcoming new album The Bitter Truth, out March 26th on BMG. Like most of the new songs we’ve heard so far, the song is about overcoming the odds and standing up for yourself. It’s also one of the heaviest Evanescence songs in memory. “Better Without You” was teased with an interactive digital puzzle that fans were challenged to solve in order to hear a snippet of the song. Watch Snoop Dogg Send a Shoutout to 311 on 30 Years As a Band


Rap Rockers 311 celebrated 30 years in music a few years back as the band was officially founded in 1988 and has had the same lineup intact since 1992, one of the longest lineups in rock history. The band released their first official full-length in 1993 with the album Music (Capricorn/Volcano) and their last album came out a year ago, Voyager via BMG. Black Sabbath to Hold “Black Sabbath” 50th-Anniversary Album Listening Sessions ‘In The Dark’


Black Sabbath has announced Black Sabbath 50th-Anniversary album listening sessions ‘In The Dark’ as BMG and Pitchblack Playback prepare to kick off the 50th-anniversary celebrations for the father of the Metal genres. Fifty years, over 70 million records sold worldwide and with an incredible musical legacy, Sabbath, BMG and Pitchblack Playback confirm two commemorative 50th-anniversary album listening sessions for their debut self-titled album, “Black Sabbath”, to be held “in the dark” on February 11. The sessions will take place at Number 10 in the London, England borough of Hackney starting at 7:30 and 8:30 and the album will be played back in MQA high definition audio. Dio Studio Album Reissues Set Coming Soon


BMG and Niji Entertainment Group Inc. have partnered to reissue DIO‘s 1996-2004 studio albums: Angry Machines (1996), Magica (2000), Killing The Dragon (2002) and Master Of The Moon (2004). These newly remastered versions feature rare and never before released live and studio bonus tracks. Remastered by longtime DIO collaborator Wyn Davis with updated artwork from frequent DIO designer Marc Sasso. Long out of print, there has been heightened interest in the career of Ronnie James Dio with various charity events, tribute bands and the Dio Returns Tours of 2018 and 2019. Thunder Shares Led Zeppelin Cover, Celebrates 30 Years with “The Greatest Hits”


Long-running band Thunder have shared their cover of Led Zeppelin’s ‘You’re Time Is Gonna Come’! The track comes from the bands’ upcoming curated hits album The Greatest Hits due out September 27th via BMG. Celebrating thirty years of music, Thunder will release a 28 track album featuring tracks from each of their 12 studio albums, it is the first-ever collection to actually be sanctioned by the band but also compiled by Thunder themselves. Pixies Share New Video for “Catfish Kate”, New Album Incoming

Pixies will release their new studio album, Beneath The Eyrie, due out September 13 (BMG). The band has been updating fans all summer with podcasts, social media updates and other content on their progress. Check out their new animated video ‘Catfish Kate’. The clip was created by the UK/European-based Krank! Collective who also produced the animated video for Pixies’ ‘Tenement Song’ from 2016’s Head Carrier. Krank!’s Neirin Best and Lianne Pierce created the “Catfish Kate” video using a variety of handmade and digital animation techniques, including old school light box, painted animation, rotoscoping and digital compositing. Alice In Chains Shares Part Ten of their “Black Antenna” Film Series


Alice In Chains has released the final video in their film series “Black Antenna” in support of their recent album Rainier Fog (BMG). The tenth chapter out of ten of their ambitious film project with director and filmmaker Adam Mason. Mason has created a 90-minute science-fiction based film with ten episodes to compliment the album. Alice In Chains has booked a co-headline tour of the US this summer with Korn. 311 released their new album today via BMG. To celebrate, they have partnered with YouTube and Nugs.net to Livestream tomorrow’s tour date with Dirty Heads at KeyBank Pavilion in Pennsylvania. Produced by 311 by way of a unique collaboration with YouTube, award-winning production company 7 Cinematics and live download site Nugs.net, this special global event is a must-watch, multi-angle high definition shoot captured by 6 cameras and viewable via the band’s YouTube and Facebook pages and at Nugs.net. The new album features 13 new songs – four of which were recorded with Grammy-nominated producer John Feldmann (Blink-182, Panic! At the Disco) and nine of which were recorded with Scotch Ralston, who produced 311 albums Transistor, Soundsystem and Stereolithic.
