Polish extreme metal giants, the mighty Behemoth, have announced the release of their monumental anniversary concert XXX Years Ov Blasphemy which originally streamed online in 2021. The career-spanning show, held at and filmed on three different locations, has a total running time of 90 minutes, divided into three different acts. This very special set features fan favourites as well as a few selected deep cuts that Behemoth had rarely played live before. For this event Behemoth went all-in and took the concept of streaming shows during the pandemic to a whole new level, with a full production, incredibly detailed stage set-ups, breathtaking photography and a high-end sound recording. Way too good to only be seen or heard once, XXX Years Ov Blasphemy will now be officially released on October 25th, via Nuclear Blast as 3CD + BluRay, 3LP, and Digital Album. Doro to Release “Triumph and Agony Live” Album and Blu-ray
“The Metal Queen” – Doro Pesch (Warlock) will celebrate thirty-five years of the Triumph and Tragedy album with a new live album Triumph and Tragedy Live in various formats including CD, vinyl, cassette, DVD, Blu-ray, and a huge boxset on September 24th through DORO’s own label, Rare Diamonds Productions! She already released a career spanning B-sides and lives boxed set with her own perfume in 2020.
Tesseract to Release Multi-format version of Livestream Concert – “Portals”
TesseracT invited fans to join them in P O R T A L S last winter, an ambitious concept created to offer an escape in a time of isolation. Set to a screenplay the band created, they performed highlights By taking their most daring steps as a creative force, the band offered the viewer a completely new and unique experience. TesseracT performed songs spanning their entire catalogue. Highlights included “Nocturne” off their 2010 debut EP, Concealing Fate, and continued with “Eden” (One, 2011), “Of Matter” (Altered State, 2013), “Tourniquet” (Polaris, 2015), and “King” (Sonder, 2018), with the whole performance capturing 14 songs over 2+ hours. The band and their label Kscope will release this performance/hi-art concept film and soundtrack will be issued on an array of formats including Blu-Ray, Triple LP soundtrack, and as a limited edition deluxe 4-disc book edition on August 27. Watch A Trailer for the New BABYMETAL “Live At The Forum” DVD/Blu-Ray
BABYMETAL has shared a trailer for theri upcoming DVD and Blu-ray, “Live At The Forum”! Due on May 13, the effort was filmed at the Japanese pop-metal band’s October 2019 first-ever arena concert in the U.S. at the The Forum in Los Angeles.
The concert was Su-metal and Moametal’s second headlining arena concert outside of Japan. The 15-song set focuses on material from BABYMETAL’s latest studio album, “Metal Galaxy”, including “Da Da Dance”, “Shanti Shanti Shanti” and “Pa Pa Ya!!”
