Already the première progressive music event in America, the 17th edition of Prog Power USA is taking place this weekend in Atlanta, GA. As is the case, the festival has once again booked and announced the performers for next year’s event, before the current fest is over.
Prog Power 18 will be held from September 8th to the 9th, 2017, the lineup will include headliners Katatonia, Mike Portnoy’s Shattered Fortress, Amaranthe, Pain, Snowy Shaw, Angel Dust and more. Tickets go on sale Saturday, Oct. 1, 2016 at 10am EST. As with most years, the 2016 edition sold out quickly and features Devin Townsend Project, Blind Guardian, Dragonforce, The Gentle Storm, Haken among others.
