Popular Orange County, California Metalcore band Bleed the Sky has announced that they have “officially terminated” Rudy Flores as the band’s vocalist. Notably, the band just passed 1 Million streams on Spotify for the pandemic-era single “The Devil Will See YYou Now!” The band’s statement on the firing can be seen below:
God Forbid will play their first show in over ten years in an exclusive performance at the Blue Ridge Rock Fest in West Virginia this September. They have just shared a video featuring vocalist Byron Davis at his home in Texas, discussing his life away from the band. He briefly discussed the identity of the as yet unannounced second guitar player for the show, in what he dubbed a choice that would make fans say “wow!” but, he also said the band would not reveal who it is until closer to the show. The set features four Funko’s of band members Jerry Cantrell, Sean Kinney, as well as Layne Staley and Mike Starr, who have passed away, along with the Dirt album artwork.
