Metalcore leaders Demon Hunter have shared a killer new music video for their song “Lesser Gods”. The track comes from their recent release War (Solid State Records). War was released along with its companion album Peace, both on March 1st, 2019. Watch the video now!
As we are stuck at home wondering what to do with all this unprecedented free time, I believe that we should invest our time to catch up with all the releases that have come out this year. Actually, I have to get into that myself, there are a lot of releases that I have missed so far this year and Azusa’s Loop of Yesterdays (Solid State Records) was one of them. I’m glad I listened to this album though, it has a very interesting balance between really heavy Melodic Death Metal riffs and progressive/experimental segments that present big ambient soundscapes.

Norma Jean has streamed a brand new song from their forthcoming, fan-named album All Hail, due out on October 25 via Solid State Records. ‘[Mind Over Mind]’. The new album was The disc was recorded earlier this year with producer Will Putney (Every Time I Die, Body Count) at his Graphic Nature Audio studio in Belleville, New Jersey. Demon Hunter has been around for a while so they can pretty much do whatever they want. War and Peace (Solid State Records) is proof that they probably shouldn’t. The compilations are polar opposites. War is alright—mildly entertaining filled with your typical Demon Hunter tracks. Peace is just a soft listen of nine uninspired songs and one decent ballad.Continue reading

The band recently released a deluxe version of their 2016 album Polar Similar, out now via Solid State Records. As a bonus to fans, the bands shared a brand new song, ‘Children of The Dead’.
