Long considered Metallica’s finest work, the thrash metal classic is the final album to feature bassist Cliff Burton! Last year, the album’s title track became the band’s third song to surpass 1 Billion streams on Spotify, following “Enter Sandman” (1.65B) and Nothing Else Matters” (1.34B) in the Spotify Billions Club playlist. The song got a second life in the last few years, with it featuring in the popular Netflix show Stranger Things, which caused it to go viral and mint a new generation of Metallica fans.
