Linkin Park Teams Up with League of Legends for Their New Single and Video “Heavy is The Crown” – New Tour Dates Added


Linkin Park has teamed up with global smash in the gaming world, League of Legends for their new single and video “Heavy is The Crown!” The track is the second single off of the upcoming Linkin Park comeback album From Zero (Warner Music). The tie-in with the game is to promote the Worlds 2024 campaign. A classic sounding uptempo Nu Metal banger, the song features rapping from Mike Shinoda and a great hook by new singer Emily Armstrong, including a 15-second long harsh scream. The band also feature as characters in the animated video. From Zero releases November 15th, 2024.It is the first album with new singer Armstrong, and the first without late frontman Chester Bennington. Linkin Park Announce Emily Armstrong of Dead Sara as Their New Singer, New Album Coming Soon


Linkin Park are officially back, and their new singer is Emily Armstrong of the band Dead Sara. They also announced their new full-band lineup. The band are playing an exclusive show this afternoon in Los Angeles, California for members of their Linkin Park Underground fan club, and it marks their first performance as Linkin Park since 2017. According to a press release, Emily Armstrong of the band Dead Sara is Linkin Park’s new vocalist. Returning to the lineup are Mike Shinoda, Joe Hahn, Brad Delson and Dave “Phoenix” Farrell. Wormrot Reunites Their Classic Lineup, New Music Coming in 2025


In a surprising announcement, Grindcore legends Wormrot have reunited with their classic lineup! In a post to social media, the band has welcomed back drummer Fitri, who has been out of the band since 2015, and vocalist Arif, who quit in 2022. Guitarist Rasyid is still with the group, rounding out the trio. Metal Church Shares a New Single and a Video for “Pick a God and Prey” – New Album Coming Soon


West coast thrash metal veterans Metal Church will release their 13th studio album, Congregation of Annihilation, on May 26th via Rat Pak Records (America) and Reaper Entertainment (Europe). The new album marks the first release since the tragic death of legendary frontman Mike Howe who passed in July of 2021. It also marks the first album with new vocalist Marc Lopes (Ross the Boss / Let Us Prey) who came on board in the summer of 2022 and features the current lineup of founding guitarist Kurdt Vanderhoof, guitarist Rick Van Zandt, bassist Steve Unger, and drummer Stet Howland. The new songs are a return to the band’s musical roots harkening back to the vibes of the self-titled first album and The Dark. Congregation of Annihilation was produced by Kurdt Vanderhoof and is now available for pre-order in various bundle configurations in North America at the link below. Devildriver Announces New Lineup Changes, Teases Upcoming Touring Plans


Devildriver has announced new members this week. The band has welcomed back original bassist Jon Miller after more than a decade’s long absence from the scene! In addition, Devildriver has also added guitarist Alex Lee (Holy Grail) to the lineup, replacing Neal Tiemann.
