Northwest Hesh Fest is this coming weekend in Portland OR, September 19th – and it looks awesome! Headlined by Red Fang, and featuring appearances by Acid King, Witch Mountain, Big Business, Necrot, Fat Tony, Lord Dying, Nebula, Sasquatch, Holy Grove, and many more. We caught up with Johnny Gaylon, the booker of the fest and past events in Portland and at places such as South By Southwest (SXSW), and we learned about his past history in the scene, just what goes into booking the fest and why downtown Portland rules for events like this! Get your tickets to the event here, check back tomorrow for our festival preview, and check back in a few weeks for a review and photo set.
