Deftones Book The Neighbourhood, AFI, Bktherula, Converge, Jehnny Beth, Ladrones, Lip Critic, and Lustsickpuppy for Dia De Los Deftones 2026


 

Deftones has announced their 2026 edition of their one-day festival, Dia De Los Deftones! The event, which returned in 2022 for the first time since 2019, will take place on November 7, 2026 at Petco Park in San Diego. Joining the influential alt-metal outfit at this year’s event will be The Neighbourhood, Afi, Bktherula, Converge, Jehnny Beth, Ladrones, Lip Critic, and Lustsickpuppy. Pre-sales for the event will start tomorrow (Wednesday, June 24) at 10:00 a.m. PDT. The general onsale will begin this Friday, June 26 at 10:00 a.m. PDT. Those who have signed up for Deftones’ official newsletter will get first access to tickets and VIP packages.

FESTIVAL REVIEW: Roadburn 2025 Part 1 – Live at 013 and Various Venues


Ghost Cult has been in existence for 13 years in 2025, and we have covered Roadburn Festival every year, Founded in Tilburg, the home of Roadburn covering this festival is an honor and a tradition for us. This year, our intrepid team of Susanne A. Maathuis and Dante Torierri, both long-time Roadburn veterans, had some different and interesting takes on the fest, with some overlaps and some different artists covered. FESTIVAL REVIEW: Oblivion Access – Various Venues – Austin, Texas     


 

 

After a two year postponement, Oblivion Access Festival finally happened! Although I couldn’t attend all four days of festivities, I drove up to Austin, TX on Saturday to catch the legendary hardcore Youth of Today! It only took over three decades to finally see them lol. The festival was quite an undertaking, involving a lot of local Austin venues on 5th, 6th, and 7th Street. After 3 /12 hours of driving I was ready to stretch my legs, get some blood moving and stay cool in the humid Texas heat. Picking up my passes was a breeze as there were signs posted at Native Hostel directing you to the kind staff who greeted people with friendly smiles and words of encouragement to enjoy themselves.
