In a groundbreaking event, Finnish Metal icons Swallow The Sun featuring the Avant-Garde Ballet Finland are set to present their collaborative performance, “Plague of Butterflies”, during 70000TONS OF METAL in 2025. This unique performance will make its World Premiere outside of Finland in January 2025, on board The Original, The World’s Biggest Heavy Metal Cruise, with two separate presentations of the work occurring whilst on board. Sepultura, Emperor, Unleash The Archers, and More Booked for 70000Tons Of Metal – Public Sales Start This Week

The organizers of the 70000Tons Of Metal festival have announced the public sales for their 2025 edition will start Thursday, July 11th 2024 at 12PM EDT (9AM PDT, 18:00 CEST/17:00 GMT+1).​  The heavy metal cruise, featuring Sepultura, Emperor, Unleash The Archers, Decapitated, Hammerfall, Tankard, and more, sets sail from Miami, FL to Ocho Rios, Jamaica and back, taking place from January 30th to February 3rd, 2025. Public Sales for the eleventh voyage of 70000tons Of Metal, The Original, The World’s Biggest Heavy Metal Cruise, will start Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at 12PM EST (9AM PST, 18:00 CET and respectively 17:00 GMT). Round 11 will sail from Miami, Florida to Bimini, Bahamas and back from January 30 – February 3, 2023 on board the Freedom of the Seas. Continue reading →
