Embryectomy comments: “We are extremely proud to announce that Embryectomy is joining forces with Unique Leader Records. Unique Leader has provided us with a top-tier platform, that combines quality with musical malady, upon which we managed to spawn what can possibly be our heaviest release to date. We have christened (pun intended) this release ‘Vitriolic Baptism’.Once again, Embry Kyle has risen from his ancient slumber to terrorize everyone in his path. Without further ado, we are ecstatic to present a live clip video of ‘Ecumenical Lobotomy’! This song integrates ‘SLAM police’ riffology with mind-shattering beatdowns and an unpredictable surprise from the old days in its end. Shout out goes to Ergosphere Studios, Matt Davies, 357 Homicide and the mighty Epicardiectomy. Stay tuned for more extreme music and unparalleled lyrical violence!”

Embryectomy is a brutal slamming death metal band formed in 2013 in Athens, Greece. In addition to two full-lengths – Gluttonous Mastication of Embryonic Remnants (2016) and Flamethrower Ecdysis (2020) – they’ve also released a series of demos, singles, and splits alongside acts like Traumatomy, Cerebral Paralysis, Psychosomatic Self-Mutilation and Nephrectomy. Known for their crushing heaviness and guttural vocals, the trio has built a dedicated following in the underground metal scene.
Now – armed with their upcoming Unique Leader Records debut, Vitriolic Baptism – Embryectomy returns with an album that’s been 6 years in the making: 9 tracks of their signature beatdown guttural slam that only they can deliver.
