Brazilian death metallers Vulcano will be reissuing their 1986 debut album Bloody Vengeance via Greyhaze Records fully remastered and restored, with a DVD that features a live performance from the 1986 Festival Da Morte, and as a six-panel digipak CD/DVD on May 18, 2015.

Japanese teen J-Pop/metal sensations BABYMETAL has signed with RAL/Sony Music Entertainment for the US release of their 2014 self titled debut album. The re-release will feature two bonus tracks and will be available digitally on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 and physically on Tuesday, June 16, 2015.
Since forming in 2010, BABYMETAL–the young trio of 17-year-old SU-METAL (Vocal, Dance) and 15-year-olds YUIMETAL (Scream, Dance)and MOAMETAL (Scream, Dance), backed by a four-piece band packing a heavy metal arsenal–have already achieved two major debut singles: “IJIME, DAME, ZETTA!” and “MEGISTUNE,” both of which ranked in the Top 10 Oricon Chart in Japan. Darkest Hour will be celebrating their 20th anniversary as a band with a tour and Dead To Fall will be supporting. The band will be performing their 2005 album Undoing Ruin in its entirety at the shows. Their long awaited vinyl reissue of their first LP The Mark Of The Judas is being put together for release around the time of the shows.
Band guitarist Mike Schleibaum commented on the milestone:

Van Halen will be releasing their first ever live album featuring original singer David Lee Roth called Tokyo Dome Live In Concert, which was recorded on June 21, 2013 in Tokyo, Japan. It is being released as a double CD, four-LP set on 180-gram vinyl and digitally beginning March 31, 2015.
Also being released beginning March 31 are remastered versions of Van Halen and 1984, with remastered versions of Diver Down, Women and Children First, Van Halen II and Fair Warning due out later this spring. Each album has been cut straight from the quarter-inch tapes for CD, 180-gram vinyl and for the digital version by mastering engineer Chris Bellman, who remastered the original albums for Bernie Grundman Studios, Hollywood, CA. These albums are being released beginning March 31 with pre-orders available now through Amazon and iTunes now.

Boca Raton rockers Northbound, featuring Jonothan Fraser, will be releasing a reworked version of their 2014 album Death of a Slug via Animal Style Records. Stream their back catalog below.
Fraser, also known as Northbound, comes from a different world than most of his pop-punk peers. After years of DIY touring in the punk and hardcore scenes, Fraser has a very hands-on approach to everything he does, and this has allowed him to be impressively prolific since he began releasing music under the Northbound moniker in 2012. Though it started out as an acoustic solo project, Northbound quickly evolved to its current hybrid state between acoustic and full band. This allows Fraser the flexibility to tour even if touring bandmates Cody Badgley and Kevin Lopez are unable to join him.
Northbound’s flexibility is not limited to the live show, however. The project is currently gearing up to re-release a heavily reworked version of 2014’s Death Of A Slug. The original version of the record was ten songs in length, five of which were acoustic. For this updated version, Northbound replaced all of the acoustic tracks with full-band versions and added two brand new songs. Far from a phoned-in re-release, Fraser has truly turned Death Of A Slug into a proper full-length – and it feels like the way it was always meant to be.
