Warhog returns with a new single, “Starlight,” and announces Ethereal Journey, a three-track sci-fi metal EP out April 10 via Iron Tusk Productions. Stream “Starlight” now.

Ethereal Journey is built as a cinematic space adventure across three very different tracks. Lead single “Starlight” opens at full throttle, aggressive, immediate, and built to stick — following space explorers searching the stars for a new world to call home. The title track, “Ethereal Journey,” then expands the universe dramatically, clocking in at twenty-three minutes. It follows a lone space traveler who answers a mysterious transmission from across the stars, driven by hope of saving humankind during a time of collapse. What he finds instead is a source of limitless power — and a psychological unraveling that blurs the line between salvation and madness. Closing out the EP is Warhog’s heavy reimagining of the UFO classic “Doctor Doctor,” updated through a modern metal lens while paying full respect to one of hard rock’s most enduring anthems.

All three tracks feature Chris Lucci of Humanness Test on drums, bringing relentless precision and power to the EP’s expansive scope. Ethereal Journey drops April 10 on all major platforms.
