If you live in Europe, but not in the UK, your other chances to see the might Bay-Area bred group will be at the Graspop Festival in Bessel, Belgium on June 28th and the next day, June 29th at the Tuska Open Air Metal Festival in Helsinki, Finland this summer.
Since their various side projects and solo affairs seem to be increasing in number, and the band hasn’t done much full-fledged touring of late, this is a can’t miss opportunity to see the band play a likely career- spanning set list in the UK. The band is presently working on the followup to their brilliant 2012 release Honor Found In Decay (Neurot), with no release date as of press time, but could potentially see the light of day later this year. Whenever the band releases new music, as it has for almost 30 years, you can be sure it will be an event.
