Lucky 13 Saloon Launches GoFundMe to Stay Afloat During Coronavirus Pandemic

New York City metal landmark Lucky 13 Saloon has been hit hard by the closure due to the coronavirus. The club is vital to our scene, hosting live bands nightly, events, and more! The entire place is rock and metal living history! They have launched a GoFundMe for relief for the bar and their staff, but they need your help! Like much of New York City, forced to close on March 16th. Given the nature of their business, they are ineligible for any sort of government assistance. So, it’s up to our community to help them make it through. Ghost Cult frequents Lucky 13 and the owners and staff have been amazing to us over the years, and even let us conduct some interviews at the club with artists there. Times are tough all over, but if you can, please help by support their GoFundMe, set up by a friend to the club!Continue reading
