Psychedelic post-Britpop band, Kula Shaker, have added a handful of new headline shows ti their North American tour schedule. This comes in addition to their dates supporting The Dandy Warhols, kicking off in Chicago, IL on Sept. 16th at Metro and working their way east to NYC’s Irving Plaza on September 22nd. Following this, both bands shoot off to Texas for a round of dates on the Western side of the country. Find out more below.
Levitation festival is back, but at the new location of Palmer Events Center, with additional venue programming across Austin’s Downtown Red River District. The event delivers lineups spannning psych, dream pop, punk, indie, metal, darkwave, electronic and all genres in between. This year’s edition – taking place September 25-28 – features The Brian Jonestown Massacre, Mastodon, Acid Bath, Pavement, TV On The Radio, A Place To Bury Strangers, Blood Incantation, and more. Psychedelic 90s Brit rockers, Kula Shaker, have released their new single, “Charge of The Light Brigade” on Strangefolk Records. Featuring their original lineup, it comes with its own music video, and is the first of a number of new tracks the band have recorded for their upcoming eighth studio album (title to be announced). The band are currently closing out a tour with Ocean Colour Scene in the UK, and U.S. dates to be announced shortly. Check out the new track and more below.

Psychedelic Brit rockers, Kula Shaker, have put out their brand new video for “Natural Magick.” This is the title track off their upcoming seventh album, which re-unites all four original members for the first time in 25 years, with keyboardist, Jay Darlington, returning after a decade with Oasis and various Gallagher brothers. The new full-length is out February 02nd via Strange Folk Records, with CD and vinyl available in North America on March 01st, distributed through BFD/The Orchard.
