Slash Quells Rumor of New Guns N Roses Music Appearing in “Terminator: Dark Fate Movie”


In a surprising new interview with Eddie Trunk on his Trunk Nation SiriusXM Radio show, Slash categorically denied last week’s rumor of new music appearing from the band on the upcoming Terminator Dark Fate soundtrack. GNR has recorded new music (a cover most likely) and are working on ideas for a new album, but no new music will appear in the movie, according to Slash. ‘You Could Be Mine’ was used as the theme song for the second film in the Terminator series, 1991’s Terminator: Judgment Day. The band has a fall tour kicking off soon, at Louder Than Life.Continue reading


Guns N’ Roses Taps Bishop Gunn, Blackberry Smoke, Dirty Honey, Shooter Jennings, and Tyler Bryant & The Shakedown for Not In This Lifetime Tour


Guns N’ Roses has chosen Bishop Gunn, Blackberry Smoke, Dirty Honey, Shooter Jennings, and Tyler Bryant & The Shakedown as the openers for the upcoming dates of the Not In This Lifetime Tour this fall. Kicking off their first US tour dates in 2019, this includes two nights at Las Vegas’ legendary Colosseum at Caesars Palace, their most intimate venue since the 2017 performance at The Apollo Theater. New Guns N Roses Music May Surface on The Terminator Dark Fate Soundtrack!


As we previously reported Guns N Roses has definitely been the in the studio in the last year and recorded new music, thought to be a cover for Record Store Day Black Friday. Now a report says that GNR rushed to finish a new song for inclusion on the upcoming Terminator Dark Fate movie! If you recall at the height of GNR mania in the early 1990s, the band was everywhere, including the Terminator 2 soundtrack with ‘You Could Be Mine!” An Australian GN’R fan page has reported that a new song is done and will be on the soundtrack. If this is true, it will be a major major rock music event in 2019. This is strictly in the “well-placed rumor” department, but it has some merit. Read below and decide for yourself! GNR booked a slew of tour dates this fall for major festivals that will bring the band to cities across the United States, along with two colossal stadium dates in Mexico. Axl Rose Has Written “Magnificent” New Guns N Roses Music According To Duff McKagan


Guns N Roses bassist Duff McKagan appeared on Eddie Trunk’s n SiriusXM’s “Trunk Nation” show to promote his new single from his upcoming solo album. Discussing potential new GNR music, Duff stated: “I heard some new material and there’s been some jams going around, and that’s the next step for us, for the GN’R thing.” Further quotes can be found below. Guns N Roses “Appetite For Destruction” Re-Enters The Billboard Charts After 30 Years

We don’t usually pay attention to charts here at Ghost Cult, but sometimes you have to take notice of a groundbreaking event. Billboard reports that Guns N’ Roses’ classic 1987 debut album, Appetite For Destruction, has returned to the top 10 on the Billboard Billboard 200 chart after more than 29 years. The LP re-entered the chart at No. 10, following its Locked N’ Loaded Edition reissue on June 29.Continue reading


Watch Guns N Roses Cover Velvet Revolver Hit “Slither”


Guns N Roses kicked off their European tour last night with a surprise in the set list. The band played a cover of Velvet Revolver’s ‘Slither’. Velvet Revolver was a supergroup that inclided current and former members of GNR with late Stone Temple Pilots singer Scott Weiland. Watch the video below.
