Cryptopsy to Reissue Their Album “None So Vile” – European Tour with Decapitated Coming Soon
Canadian death metal legends, Cryptopsy, are to re-issue their sophomore album, None So Vile, via the Season of Mist record label, on May 9, 2025. This follows the recent re-issue of their 2012 self-titled opus, and the upcoming return of their debut, Ungentle Exhumation, on April 11th. No matter how rotten the State of Denmark ever was, the fecundity of fetidity seems ever more prevalent in the Belgian ward of Ghent; more specifically within the parish boundaries of the Church of Ra, is something far more foul. Missionary for ruinous, dark, and heavy music, six-string dire wolf Lennart Bossu presents a new vehicle to spread the word of power of exacting, challenging, but ultimately rewarding, dark metallic music captured and presented under the guise of Predatory Void, a quintet of local luminaries to Bossu who have helped mould and shape a new, slightly more straight-forward, yet no less demanding than Amenra, force.

A major announcement of lineup additions arrives today as Damnation Festival has added sick bands such as Mayhem, playing on the main stage with Opeth on November 2nd. They are joined by a cadre of awesome bands such as The Vintage Caravan, Gaahl’s Wyrd, Inter Arma, Gost, and Carnation. They joined the aforementioned Opeth, Primordial, Venom Prison, Blood Red Throne, Birds In Row, Jo Quail and Imperial Triumphant. More bands to be announced.
