Marilyn Manson Pleads Not Guilty to Assault Charges in New Hampshire


 

According to a published report from the Assosciated Press and Blabbermouth.net, Marilyn Manson has has plead not guilty over charges in Guiliforfd, New Hampshire. Manson, a.k.a. Brian Warner, had turned himself in viturally, July 2 on the warrant in Los Angeles. Manson is charged with  assault from a videographer at his 2019 concert at the Bank Of New Hampshire Pavilion in Gilford and spitting and blowing his nose on her. Manson’s attorney filed the not guilty plea in Laconia District Court. A case status hearing has been scheduled for December 27. Manson was charged with two misdemeanour counts of simple assault. If convicted on the charges, Manson could face a jail sentence of up to one year and a fine of up to $2,000.

Marilyn Manson Turns Himself in to Authorities in New Hampshire on Assault Charges 


 

According to a published report form TMZ, Marilyn Manson has turned himself in on an active arrest warrant out for him of Gilford, New Hampshire. Manson, a.k.a. Brian Warner, turned himself in last Friday (July 2) on the warrant in Los Angeles. Manson then went through the Los Angeles Police Department’s booking process before being released on personal recognizance bail. He has agreed to not commit any crimes while on release, not have any contact with the alleged victim, and to appear at all of his court hearings.Continue reading


UPDATE: Marilyn Manson has Agreed to Turn Himself in to Authorities in New Hampshire on Assault/Spitting Charges 


 

According to published reports, an agreement has been reached for Marilyn Manson to turn himself in on an active arrest warrant out of Gilford, New Hampshire, the town’s police chief said. Police Chief Anthony Bean Burpee said that under the agreement, Manson, whose legal name is Brian Hugh Warner, will turn himself in on the warrant in Los Angeles. An arraignment at Laconia District Court could be scheduled by mid-August, depending on when Manson turns himself in, Bean Burpee said. Manson is charged with simple assault and is accused of assaulting a videographer at a concert at Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion on Aug. 18, 2019. Witnesses said Manson spit at the videographer’s camera several times. This legal trouble follows by the current case by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department investigating multiple allegations of sexual assault and abuse stemming from his former fiancee Evan Rachel Wood going public with allegations, among many others.

An Arrest Warrant Has Been Issued For Marilyn Manson In New Hampshire for Spitting on a Fan in 2019


According to a published report by Consequence of Sound, in Gilford New Hampshire, The Gilford Police Department has an active arrest warrant for Brian Hugh Warner, also known as Marilyn Manson for two counts of Class A misdemeanor Simple Assault stemming from a 2019 incident at the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion. At a show at the venue Manson allegedly assaulted a videographer covering the show by spitting on him. Manson and his agent have been made aware of the charges, but it is unclear whether he can be forced to return to New Hampshire to answer the charges. This legal trouble follows by the current case by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department investigating multiple allegations of sexual assault and abuse stemming from his former fiancee Evan Rachel Wood going public with allegations, among many others.
