The best Christmas gifts are the most useful ones. Slapping a bow on a bottle of Jack is the easiest gift you can give a metalhead. The great thing about it? Even if they have a preference, they aren’t going to turn down free alcohol. Type any brand and the words “gift set” into Google and you’ll find something. However, premade gift sets have a tendency to be overpriced and generic. You’re better off grabbing an empty box and filling it up with a variety of airplane bottles. It’s kind of like a box of chocolates—But booze.

Lamb of God and BrewDog to Host Virtual Beer Tasting and Q & A


This past spring, Lamb of God and craft beer brewers BrewDog released their Ghost Walker beer, a specially created non-alcoholic beer with help from Willie Adler and D Randall Blythe. Now Randy and BrewDog will host a virtual beer tasting and  Q & A sesh. on Thursday Dec 10 and Friday Dec 11 at 7pm EST. Tickets are $75 and include access to the 25 person Zoom Happy Hour, and a 12 pack of Lamb of God Beer and merch item that’s shipped to your home to enjoy during the event. Plus 15% of each ticket will be donated to NIVA – National Independent Venue Association – an emergency relief fund fighting to preserve independent venues across the US. FESTIVAL REVIEW: Sonic Temple 2019


The debut of the Sonic Temple Art + Music Festival capped off the Danny Wimmer Presents 2019 spring festival season with sold-out crowds of 120,000 at MAPFRE Stadium in Columbus, OH, May 17, 18 & 19. It was a fest for the ages and one of the best lineups in the history of “The Worlds Loudest Month”, the signature of Danny Wimmer Presents music festival experiences. In addition to massive performances from Foo Fighters, System Of A Down, Disturbed, Ghost, Papa Roach and Lamb of God, the weekend offered one-of-a-kind art experiences, including legendary street artist RISK, art installations, live mural painting, live screen-printing and the popular Art Tent. Camden Rocks To Take Over London Next Month


Camden Rocks will spread through London next month as two-hundred bands will play across twenty venues from June 2nd on to kick odd the summer Maxïmo Park, Public Image Limited (PiL), Twin Atlantic, Sikth, Mallory Knox, Hacktivist, Pop Will Eat Itself, The Professionals and Crazytown are among the bands confirmed and many more bands to be announced still.
