God Forbid to Reissue “Gone Forever” on Vinyl via M-Theory Audio


Reunited New Wave of American Heavy Metal act God Forbid have announced a vinyl reissue of their 2004 breakthrough album, Gone Forever. Pre-orders for the upcoming limited-edition splatter vinyl release by M-Theory Audio – scheduled for release on June 10, 2022 – are now available at the link below. The group has also announced a special reunion performance. God Forbid’s first live show in nine years will happen during the weekend of September 8th-11th at Blue Ridge Rock Festival 2022 on the grounds of Virginia International Raceway in Alton, VA.

God Forbid to Reunite at Blue Ridge Rock Festival 2022


After a few months of teasing one, God Forbid have announced their first reunion show in over nine years. Guitarist Doc Coyle ( also of Bad Wolves) has posted on his social media about their upcoming show at Blue Ridge Rock Festival. Based on the photo they have released, it appears they won’t be joined by second guitarist Matt Wicklund who joined the band from 2009 to 2013. Instead, perhaps original guitarist Dallas Coyle (brother of Doc, who has a new band SVSPVRP), who left in 2009 will be returning to the stage. More on this as it unfolds.
