Icelandic post-Rock greats Sólstafir have added additional dates to their upcoming European tour this March. This special run of shows features a string section, augmenting the core band. “The Midnight Sun: A Light In The Storm” tour will mark the end of the touring cycle in support of their latest album, 2017s Berdreyminn (Season of Mist). The band is said to be working on new music for release at a later date.

Sólstafir commented:

“A different approach will define this particular tour – the focus here will not only be on ‘Berdreyminn’. Inspiration will also be drawn from a wider canon – a leaning towards the mellower side, to the sublime.”
