Instrumental post-rockers, neànder, have just released an acoustic reinterpretation of their track “Krater.” The band are also about to kick off their Auf Achse European tour, starting in Prague on March 20th. The live run comes in support of their latest album III, which landed on November 8, 2024, via Through Love Records, and features the original version of “Krater.” Check out the acoustic version below.

This release marks a return to the song’s roots, as guitarist Jan Korbach explains:
““Krater” was originally written on an acoustic guitar and later transported into the typical neànder sound cosmos. With the new version we are returning to the origin of the song.”

The track was recorded and produced by Patrick Zahn in his own studio, the strings were played by Judith Retzlik, the acoustic guitars by Korbach. The cover for the new single was created by Ufomammut bassist Urlo (Malleus Rock Art Lab).
