How cool is this!? Kirk Hammett’s world-renowned collection of horror and science fiction memorabilia will soon be on display at Peabody Essex Museum in Salem, Massachusetts. Metallica‘s guitarist has a huge passion for horror and sci-fi films, and ‘It’s Alive’ will provide some insight into the evolution of these two genres. This exhibition will feature over 90 works of art, including 75 posters, 6 guitars and 10 related images. Plus, there will be themed sections dedicated to the undead, women and power, horror spoofs, mad science, zombies, classic tales and much more.
