Hear A New Song From Crippled Black Phoenix, New Album This Fall

Posted on July 4, 2018 by News Team

Proggy post-rockers Crippled Black Phoenix have been in the woodshed writing new music for a few years and touring behind their exceptional 2016 album Bronze. Now the band has shared a new track, ‘To You I Give’. Their new album Great Escape will release from Season of Mist on September 14th.

Lyrics:

Something I need to say.

Before we carry on.

We’ll make it right,

the world will still be here tomorrow

No need to cry,

fear is something we can conquer.

Take it easy on me,

let it go for a while.

We’re right on time to rise through it all.

We’ll make it right,

the world will still be here tomorrow

No need to cry,

fear is something we can conquer.

We’ve got nothing but time,

tell me what’s on your mind,

I’ll take your hand and lead you through it all.

We’ll make it right,

the world will still be here tomorrow

No need to cry,

fear is something we can conquer.

Something I need to say

Before we carry on

There’s something in the way

We got it all so wrong

Something I need to say

Before we carry on
