Texan metalcore band, Fit For A King, have shared their brand new single “Keeping Secrets,” along with an official music video. The band is also about to embark on a North American live run supporting The Devil Wears Prada. It starts January 16th, running through to February 24th. ““Keeping Secrets” is a song that not only showcases some new elements for the band,” says singer Ryan Kirby. “It goes back to some of the more popular elements of our older work. The song’s theme of questioning if people can truly love you, if you don’t open up and let them know the real you, is something my adopted daughter has struggled with greatly, and is the inspiration for the song.”
“Keeping Secrets” lands as the band prepares to head back out on road for the Winter 2024 leg of the Metalcore Dropouts Tour with labelmates The Devil Wears Prada. The Metalcore Dropouts 2nd Semester Tour finds Counterparts returning as support, along with Avoid as openers. Leg 2 kicks off on January 16 in Kansas City and runs through February 24 in Minneapolis. Tickets and VIP upgrades are available here.
