Lafayette, Louisiana Rock band The Posts have premiered their electric and fun video for their latest single ‘Saltlick’ out of their debut EP Songs You Should’ve Heard By Now, released on October 30th, 2021. The band consists of Birdie Koskie (vocals), Patrick McGovern (Guitar), Joshua Flowers (Lead Guitar and Vocals), Henry Milliman (Bass), and Chase Delino (Drums). Birdie Koskie on the release of the EP Songs You Should’ve Heard By Now:

“Songs You Should’ve Heard By Now consists of a variety of genres, including but not limited to Classic Punk, Psychedelic Rock, and Ballads. Creating the EP was a constant rollercoaster of fast to slow, and low to high. The EP was re-recorded numerous times, remastered several, and finally released over a year after it was completed.” 

“The music video for ‘Saltlick’, the first song off Songs You Should’ve Heard By Now, felt more like a party than an actual music video shoot. While the video itself is centered around an actual house party, I don’t think any of us enjoy ourselves as much as we did. Brainstorming the music video was debatably more fun than shooting the video itself. We came up with a lot of ideas and somehow found a way to implement them all.” – Birdie wraps up.
