CONCERT REVIEW: Duff McKagan (Guns N’ Roses) – Lee Ving Live at The Paradise Rock Club

Duff McKagan the legendary bass player from Guns N’ Roses recently played at The Paradise Rock Club in Boston. He was in town to support his second solo record Lighthouse (BFD Records), out now.

Opening the show was Lee Ving the singer of the band Fear and Range War doing some striped down acoustic songs and was a pleasant surprise. Lee is also a guest on one of Duff’s new singles!

Duff and his amazing backing band brought a high-energy Rock N’ Roll show to a very intimate setting, a club he first played thirty-seven years earlier with Guns N’ Roses. The close-to-two-hour set consisted of many songs from Duff’s two solo records, with a few covers mixed into the set.
