Slash Drops A New Single and Video for “Killing Floor” Featuring Brian Johnson and Steve Tyler – New Album Coming Soon



Slash has released a new single; his take on the Howlin’ Wolf blues classic, “Killing Floor.” The track features Brian Johnson of AC/DC on vocals, Steven Tyler of Aerosmith on harmonica, and Slash’s blues band; Johnny Griparic (bass), Teddy Andreadis (keyboards), Michael Jerome (drums), and Tash Neal (vocals/guitar). The iconic guitarist has also announced that his sixth solo album, Orgy of the Damned, will be released on May 17 via Gibson Records. Blake Harrison of Pig Destroyer Has Died


Terrible news and a blow to all of underground metal, Blake Harrison, the former samples maestro and sometime vocalist for Grindcore legends Pig Destroyer has died. He was just 49 years old. Blake had been battling and beat cancer the last few years, and died from heart failure during a minor procedure, according to a post from his partner, as well as the countless tributes from other bands and metal scene people that have been pouring in from social media. Blake exited the band in 2022, but was an integral member of the band for mort than a dozen releases since 2006. He was a vital member of the band on releases such as his debut with them, Phantom Limb and Book Burner. In addition to Pig Destroyer, he led a myriad of other projects such as Triac, Tentacles of God, Zealot R.I.P., and the hilarious Hatebeak. In addition to being a brilliant artist Blake was an even better person, kind with his time with fans and friends. We send our condolences to his partner, his family, his friends, and his fans. R.I.P.

Fleshgod Apocalypse Shares a New Single and music Video for “Pendulum”


Death… our inevitable ruin that calls for us sooner or later. Many who are fortunate enough to temporarily escape its fatal clutches experience life altering changes, finding renewed purpose, rejuvenated creative spirit and a reawakening of the soul. Such as the story goes for Fleshgod Apocalypse frontman Francesco Paoli who in 2021 was involved in a tragic mountain climbing accident that left him clinging to life with years of recovery ahead, and ultimately inspiring the band’s first music in years. Today marks the monumental return of Paoli and Italian symphonic metal giants Fleshgod Apocalypse as the band releases their first new music since the devastating accident. Inspired by horrific event, the new single ‘Pendulum’ swings with intense ferocity and baroque classical movements, seething with anguished pain. Watch the video here!
