Black Sabbath’s Final Show – “Back to the Beginning” is A Celebration of Metal’s Founding Fathers

It’s a moment 50 years in the making. Today, July 5th, Black Sabbath is taking their final bow on the very soil where it all began. Villa Park in Birmingham, UK with a jaw-dropping, once-in-a-lifetime event: Back to the Beginning.

The show isn’t just a farewell to the originators of heavy metal—it’s a thunderous celebration of their legacy, featuring a staggering lineup of metal and rock royalty paying tribute through song, sweat, and shared history.

Back to the Beginning isn’t just another mega-festival—it’s a generational closing chapter. With all profits going to Cure Parkinson’s, Birmingham Children’s Hospital, and Acorn Children’s Hospice, the event also proves that the soul of Sabbath has always been about more than the riffs—it’s about legacy, family, and survival.
