Lanie Gardner lit a hot fire in Tombstone Town,” said Dorothy. It’s country, rock, and outlaw through and through.

I’ve been a fan of Dorothy for a while and would’ve said yes to any collab with her,” said

Lanie Gardner. ”Getting to jump on ‘Tombstone Town’ as my first girl collab made it even more special. I felt her anger and rage from her experience with toxic relationships and it fed mine in the studio. We’re friends now, which makes it all even cooler.

The “Outlaw Country Remix” melds haunting harmonies, searing guitars, and a fearless dose of Southern swagger, fusing Dorothy’s hard-hitting rock edge with Lanie’s authentic country soul. Their distinctive voices intertwine, creating a dynamic push-and-pull that elevates the track’s emotional intensity and outlaw spirit. The lyrics paint a vivid picture of vengeance and reckoning, with lines like “Better say your last prayer before I pull the trigger” underscoring the song’s raw, fiery energy. This remix dives even deeper into outlaw territory, blending country, blues, and hard rock influences into a bold, genre-crossing sound.

Earlier this spring, Dorothy released

The Way, executive produced by Scott Stevens, to widespread acclaim, further solidifying her status as a rising star in modern rock. Following the release, she completed a headlining spring tour that kicked off on April 16 in Nashville and included festival appearances at Welcome to Rockville and Boardwalk Rock. Dorothy will bring the “Tombstone Town” remix to life on stage this fall, with a 25-date U.S. tour launching

August 25 and wrapping October 1. Tickets will be available at: https://dorothyonfire.com/

More from Dorothy:

Projecting a full-bodied voice with every inch of her being, Dorothy Martin kindles a spark of hope into a flame as bright as the sun itself. The Budapest, Hungary-born maverick singer, songwriter, performer, and front woman of the Los Angeles-based eponymous band Dorothy brings gusto, grit, and glory back to hard rock, exuding superstar-size confidence coupled with the quiet resolve of an old school Western anti-hero. She has unassumingly blazed her own trail with sold out tours, major collaborations, and over 1 billion streams already in the rearview. Dorothy arrived with the force of a hurricane back in 2016, serving up the full-length debut Rockisdead. Surging on DSPs, “Raise Hell” reeled in over 85 million Spotify streams followed by “Wicked Ones” with 77 million Spotify streams.

The band organically attracted a diehard global fanbase with 28 Days in the Valley [2018] and Gifts From The Holy Ghost [2022]. Simultaneously, the singer took flight as the rare dynamo equally at home on a track with Slash and Nita Strauss of Alice Cooper or Staind and Scott Stapp of Creed. She even notably dueted with Stapp at the Grand Ole Opry. However, her vision really catches fire on the group’s fourth full-length album, The Way, introduced by the single “Tombstone Town” [feat. Slash].

More from Lanie:

Lanie Gardner’s extraordinary journey is a testament to her unmatched talent and unwavering determination, from her roots in the Appalachian Mountains to international stages. A gifted storyteller and songwriter from an early age, Lanie crafted a distinctive blend of classic rock and country influences that quickly set her apart. Her career skyrocketed after her cover of Fleetwood Mac’s “Dreams” went viral, amassing over 60 million views. With her debut self-penned album A Songwriter’s Diary, released in late 2024, Gardner held her own offering a deeply personal 10-track journey through her roots and creative beginnings.

Now, Gardner unveils her highly anticipated new EP, Polaroids (BBR Music Group/BMG Nashville)— a six-track blend of feel-good energy and message-driven meaning, featuring standout tracks like the previously released “Buzzkill” and the emotionally charged “Concrete Cowboy.” Acclaimed by Billboard as “a true artist with staying power” and by MusicRow as “one of the most exciting rising stars today,” Lanie’s rise has been marked by significant milestones, including being named by the Recording Academy and Amazon Music as a “2025 Artist to Watch” and to CMT’s Next Women of Country: Class of 2025.

From being featured on the movie soundtracks for Queen of the Ring and Twisters to touring with the Jonas Brothers, Jelly Roll, Cody Johnson and ZZ Ward, Lanie is on the fast-track to stardom. Most recently, she collaborated with country superstar Thomas Rhett and Warren Zeiders, being featured on their just-released tracks “What Could Go Right” and “Love In Letting Go,” respectively. This year alone, she made her Stagecoach debut, joined Corey Kent’s Black Bandana Tour, and will hit the road again this summer/fall with Gavin Adcock. She was also recently invited to make her Opry debut, further solidifying her place as one of the genre’s most exciting new voices. Her soulful sound and captivating stage presence have earned her widespread acclaim and a dedicated fan base. As she continues her ascendancy, Lanie remains a genre-defying artist.
