Long Island punk rock provocateurs Bad Mary kick off a bold new chapter with new single and video “Mouth Fulla Fire,” the first taste of their forthcoming EP Stitched. Watch it now and stream below.

“Mouth Fulla Fire” takes aim at social media overload, doomscrolling, and the constant barrage of negativity that defines modern life, fueled by soaring melodies, razor-sharp riffs, and emotional intensity. Bassist Mike Staub describes the forthcoming EP as “a stitched-together Frankenstein monster of what Bad Mary does,” drawing from the band’s punk, emo, and goth influences while pushing their sound forward.
Fronted by powerhouse vocalist Amanda Mac alongside Mike Staub on bass, Bill Mac on drums, and David Henderson on guitar, Bad Mary blend pop-punk urgency, garage rock swagger, glam attitude, and post-punk grit with a sharp sense of humor and an unwavering DIY spirit. The Big Takeover described their sound as “the sultry sound of low-slung garage rock ‘n’ roll shot through with more pop-aware infectiousness,” while New Noise Magazine praised their “rebellious lyrical content and punchy guitars, bass, and drums, throwing it down punk and alternative style.”
Over the past decade, the band has become a fixture of the independent punk scene, earning multiple SiriusXM Underground Garage New Music Spotlight features and several Coolest Song in the World honors. Their catalog includes Better Days (2014), The Return of Space Girl (2019), Trash and Glamour (2023), Better(er) Days (2024), a split 7-inch with Mega Infinity via Ska Punk International, and live album Live on Long Island (2025), accompanied by a full concert film on YouTube. A relentless touring act, the band has performed at The Highline Ballroom, The Knitting Factory, Arlene’s Grocery, The Bowery Electric, and The Middle East, and hit festivals including Vans Warped Tour, Musikfest, and the Dewey Beach Music Conference. They have toured Japan twice and shared stages with The Dollyrots and Tsunami Bomb.
Stitched is on the way, with additional singles and visuals rolling out in the months ahead. The band also hosts their own podcast, Are You With the Band.
