“Raw, direct, and riff-driven—this track defines my guitar style. Mostly self-taught, I walked away from music school after a year because my playing didn’t fit the rules. Too raw? Maybe. But that’s the point.” Andy comments on his playing style for “Deathproof.”

The guitar playthrough highlights the raw mechanics driving the song and spotlights Andy’s expert riffing and disciplined attack that anchors Deathproof 101. Serving as a direct extension of the album’s aggressive core, the musicality on display in this single further reinforces why Against The Grave continues to gain traction within the modern metal landscape. The video also showcases Andy’s impressive rig, consisting of Schecter guitars, EMG pickups, and DR Strings.

The full length album, Deathproof 101 is an adrenaline‑fueled, masterful collection of the band’s heaviest releases to date. Impacting metal radio on May 5, 2026, Deathproof 101 is available to purchase now on physical CD, vinyl, and across all major streaming platforms.
