Withered unleashed their Grief Relic record earlier this Summer on Season of Mist, and they will be bringing that devastatingly heavy material with them on their new headlining run in 2017. The guys have just confirmed a special run of shows on the East Coast to kick off the new year, and the awesome Immortal Bird will be providing direct support at each gig. Here’s what Withered‘s Mike Thompson had to say on the upcoming trek: “Injury & transportation woes did their best to discourage us last August and caused regrettable cancellations for us across the east coast. Rescheduling many of the original dates and visiting some new cities on this outing is affording us the opportunity to develop a more thorough set list, and give much more anticipation to embracing the cold & harshness of the Winter. Many of these cities we haven’t visited in nearly 5 years so this tour is announced with tremendous anticipation from us. We’re also very excited that our friends, Immortal Bird, agreed to join us on this one.”
