Hardcore and Metal greats Helmet released a four-song live in-studio performance from KEXP in Seattle, which they recorded on tour on March 5th. The band is currently deep in a tour celebrating 30 years of their 1994 album Betty (Interscope Records), where they will play European headline shows, metal festivals, and Riot Fest in the USA next fall. and band leader Page Hamilton was also intervierwed about his musical journey, making Betty, working with Butch Vig (Nirvana, Garbage), his Jazz training and more!
