Norwegian folk band Wardruna are embarking on their first ever West Coast tour this fall, following up on their sold out east coast tour this past spring. Now they announced that Faroese singer-songwriter Eivør will open for the tour. in September. Wardruna has already sold out shows on this latest run in Seattle, Portland, and Boulder.

Over the last few years we have received countless emails and comments from fans across the US and Canada requesting us to “cross the pond” and perform more in North America and now we are FINALLY able to announce our first ever tour in North America. In February 2018 we set out to do a handful concerts in the eastern US and Canada. We welcome and proudly present one of the greatest voices from the Nordic countries, Faroese singer Eivør as Wardruna´s supporting act on our upcoming North American tour this September. If you are not familiar with Eivør then do yourself a huge favor and give her music a listen. We hope that many people will come and support us as well as spread the word and we hope that this is only the first of many American tours in the time to come!
