Released 24 October 2025, I’ll Fill Your House With An Army captures VOWWS at their most ambitious and uncompromising, shaped by two years of meticulous development and a decision to seek—even demand—their highest creative standard. The album features the singles ‘Blood’s On Fire’, ‘Hurt You’, ‘Pulls Me Apart’, which earned major playlisting on Spotify and Apple Music and support from BBC Radio 1. The equally brilliant ‘Shudder’ features a blistering performance from James “Munky” Shaffer (KORN), who also appears in the dizzying, adrenaline-fuelled visualiser, and marks another step in the band’s ongoing collaboration with drummer Josh Freese (NIN).
The duo purposefully took time over the last two years to hone in on the perfect collection of demos for their new album, before enlisting Billy Howerdel (A Perfect Circle) to help record and re-imagine each song – reflecting their commitment to honouring the artform of creation, in defiance of a music industry that prioritises quantity over quality.
When speaking on the album, Matt reflected: “This album is a reflection of the way the world feels to us, the big things and the little things, internal and external. We see and feel a lot of beauty in the broken things in life, in the world and in ourselves. The music we make is an expression of that. We took a long time to make this record – we already had 20 songs recorded before we asked Billy to work with us. It had already been so long since we released an album, and I was desperate to just get something out – but Rizz can’t lie to herself like I can, and she kept saying the record wasn’t what it needed to be yet. She was right – we realised we could make something more elevated than we thought, and we could do things we had spent years telling ourselves we wouldn’t or couldn’t do.
In the process, we worked with Josh and James, two incredible people we never dreamed we’d have the privilege of working with. So we pulled ourselves out of our comfort zone, and it was pretty hard. We had to push through a lot of self-doubt, and there were times we weren’t sure if we could finish it. We lost ourselves completely in this record, and it became a part of us too. In the end, we made something that’s more purely VOWWS than anything we’ve done before, and we couldn’t be prouder of it”
Their commitment to artistic integrity has also seen the duo collaborate with some of fashion’s most iconic houses, including Comme des Garçons, Alyx, Givenchy and Byredo, solidifying their reputation as boundary-pushing multidisciplinary creators.
