Coming out of San Francisco, California, power metal band, Vicious Rumors, are coming up on the release of their 14th studio album, The Devil’s Asylum. Originally formed in 1979, the five piece unleash the new record on August 29th, via the Steamhammer label. It lands in the midst of a US live run, which kicks off August 20th in San Francisco.
